La la la la

Okay, c'est moi. I'm not sure what I have to say. There's this damn story I've been working on FOREVER and I finally got it done. The final page count was I believe 15 pages, when usually it's about ten. Now I have to start a new one.

I didn't write about my giving blood experience! It was pretty exciting. I had to talk to a doctor and give him my address and stuff so I could get my blood donor card, and then he pricked my finger (which HURT) to see if I had enough iron in my blood (I did). Then I had to go in a privacy booth and answer questions about being out of the country and taking medication and stuff. Then I waited a while. Falicia was there but then she got hungry and left. I had to get my blood pressure and temperature taken and the nurse asked me a bunch of questions about sex (have you had sex with a man who had sex with another man, etc.) then I had to wait to get my blood taken. Finally, a chair was free, so she put a needle in my arm and I had to wait. Sarah and my mom were there talking to me. This whole time I was fine. Then they were finished and I sat up, and I was fine. Then I had to eat juice and cookies, but I really really really had to pee, so I went pee and my mom came in case I fainted, and I went pee and I was fine. And then I stood up and came out of the cubicle, and I suddenly felt dizzy and sick. Mom and Sarah said I was so pale my lips were the colour of my skin. I sat on the floor and then two nurses came in with wet cloths and put them on my face, and then I laid on a bed and drank juice until I felt better. Then I was fine again. The next morning, I sat up and was fine, then I went upstairs to get a drink of water, and my ears started ringing and I felt sick again so I sat down until I felt better, and I looked in the mirror and I was just white. So I stayed home, and I was soooo tired all day. I can't wait to give blood again!

I went to CE yesterday and Jewitt was like, "Robin, we have something in common!" and I'm like, "what?" and he's like, "The X-Files!" and I was like, "you like the X-Files? It's a pretty awesome show." Falicia wasn't there all day but she had to come for CE.

Anyway, that's about all for now. Ciao.
