My name is Optimus Prime!

Thought I'd post to let my non-readers know that I am alive.

Movies seen so far this summer: Roman Holiday, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Maltese Falcon, 1408, and Transformers.

My job is going semi-well. Semi because I'm on my feet and it hurts and well because everyone's really nice. I have to cut fries every closing shift, and that sucks, although usually I get whoever I'm working with to do it. Darlene (read: boss) is really nice and she told me I didn't have to cut fries but I said I would anyway. She's like, "girl power!" It's awesome. Yesterday I had to clean the back room and I had to lift all these 50 pound bags of potatoes, which sucked. I trained this guy named Garret and he is kind of slow. I have to tell him everything like three times. Yesterday, I was like, "you can go do the bathrooms now," and he's like, "wut?" and I'm like, "you can go do the bathrooms," and he left, without taking any cleaning tools, so I'm not sure what he was doing, and then I left to get something and I came back a minute later and he was spraying a pot that I had left to soak. I was like, "um...did you do the bathrooms yet?" and he was like, "like what, sweeping?" I'm like, "Uh...everything. Spraying, sweeping, mopping," and he's like, "Oh" and he left and it took him like half an hour and he didn't even take out the garbages. It also takes him an hour to cut nine buckets of fries, when usually it takes me about 25-30 minutes, and I'm weak.

I saw Amanda on Monday, it was crazy. I drove the standard in, which was fun. I also saw Maria and we went to Yorkton and ate at McDonald's and then we went back to Saskatoon. It was pretty fun. Maria always makes my day better.
