Atreyu The Curse Review

Here is my review of my new Atreyu cd:
Blood Children: Very um...interesting introduction. Starts with a weird heart beating and then consists of I think Alex whispering. Very Atreyu-ish and creepy.
Bleeding Mascara: Very very very good song. Brandon Saller's chorus is my favorite part (as it usually is). Awesome guitars. Has the usual Atreyu "fuck you" mentality.
Right Side of the Bed: Nice tortured Alex screams. The guitarists do this weird sound on their guitars. Brandon Saller chorus is flawless as it usually is. The video is pretty good too. I think its the one where they are wearing black and then white.
This Flesh a Tomb: Pretty good song. At the beginning Alex and Brandon alternate singing, which is pretty good. Alex is also an amazing lyricist. He must be pretty messed up though.
You Eclipsed By Me: Good Brandon vocals! I love his voice so much. Nice guitars. Not much I can say. There's that weird guitar noise again.
The Crimson: The first song I ever loved. Good lyrics, good softer guitars, good vocals by both Alex and Brandon. Nothing bad about this one.
A Remembrance Ballad: One of my favorites on this cd. Good Brandon vocals. Actually, I have nothing bad to say about Brandon. I just love him.
An Interlude: It's an interlude. Woo hoo.
Corseting: Dumb song, mainly because Brandon does not have any vocals!
Demonology and Heartache: Wow, you actually get to hear Alex actually singing. Pretty good song, albeit banal.
My Sanity on a Funeral Pyre: Good Brandon vocals!
Nevada's Grace: Awesome drums in this one. Good vocal balance. Good guitars. I love it.
Five Vicodin Chased Down With a Shot of Clarity: Good Brandon vocals, awesome growly guitars, the whispers really add to this song.
You Give Love a Bad Name (limited edition bonus): My favorite favorite FAVORITE Atreyu song in the whole wide world! It is a Bon Jovi cover. Has awesome Brandon vocals, and lots of them. Good guitars, and awesome drums. It amazes me how Brandon can sing and play drums at the same time. I just cannot say enough how much I love this song.
