Maria Is Playing Pee-Pee Eye

Today I went to watch an episode of Blood Ties, and I expected it to be one that I haven't watched. This is a rare occurrence, as I've seen almost every episode of BT. I was very excited, and then when I checked the info, it was one I had already seen, but it wasn't a complete loss because I saw it a long time ago and I really wanted to watch Blood Ties so I started to watch it. Then I realized that it was an episode I had seen twice before and didn't really like. I was sad. But I watched it anyway. However, the first two times I had watched it, I somehow blocked out two somewhat important/memorable facts.

1. The weird guy who dies bought a painting that Henry painted of Vicky, and he was like, "I'm going to enjoy nailing you to my wall."

2. The weird guy and Maya slept together and were having an affair before her boyfriend died. I don't remember this at all.

I've been watching lots of movies lately. I finally saw the whole thing of That Thing You Do. Somehow whenever it's on TV, I always manage to catch the last quarter or so (and both times I started in relatively the same place), but never the beginning. I finally watched the beginning, and I remember feeling sad because I thought it was widely considered to be a bad movie but I liked it. Then I checked rottentomatoes.com and it got 91%. I think I just saw one bad review and assumed. I also saw Invasion of the Body Snatchers, which has a dumb ending. Here is one thing I'm confused about though. The aliens grow a replica of a person and absorb the person's mind into the replica, and then the replica comes alive as the alien and they go and kill the other people. This is what I gathered happened in the movie and this was further confirmed by Wikipedia. HOWEVER, when Myles and Becky are running away from the aliens, Becky falls asleep and has her mind and memories transferred, and then Becky becomes an alien. I thought that the aliens killed the real people and then integrated themselves into their life. I think there was a continuity mistake. I guess this doesn't really matter, as it still got 100% on rottentomatoes.com.

Anyhooloo, I'm going to go. Ciao.
