Word of the day: obiter dictum (two words, sue me):<--not meant to be an emoticon. Anyway, obiter dictum: any comment or remark made in passing. I have yet to use it in conversation. I seem to keep picking really hard words. Lyrics that bother me: "Ever so sweet, you baked it in cakes for me." -Ever So Sweet (The Early November) (what the hell does that MEAN????) "It was something like this that made me go 'oh oh'"-Don't Tell Me (Avril Lavigne) Today I had guitar at 11 at the elementary school. It was like, minus 30 with the windchill and the wind was really strong and it doesn't help that my guitar case weighs as much as two guitars, plus it has my guitar in it. Gah. So anyway, I had my lesson and then tried to take a shortcut back and it ended up being about five minutes longer. But that was partly good because I had Wellness and I wanted to miss as much as possible. I got back at around quarter to twelve and didn't feel like going back so I brought my notebook into the bathroom and was doodling and stuff. On the toilet. I felt kind of dumb emerging from the bathroom clutching a notebook and pen, as the bathroom is right by the grade 12 bench. But who cares. Then I had to go to the church and practice singing. Mrs. K has roped in a bunch of us to sing with the choir for some reason. Math was boring, and in English I was Mark Antony again, which was fun. Ryan was Citizen #1 and when he has a part in this play he always talks in a weird accent. He said "peace ho!" really funnily, but its not that funny unless you can hear my imitation of it. Okay, drama was exciting today. Vicky, for some reason left JUST to get ice cream. In 25 below weather. I want summer to come SO BAD! I want it to be warm! As some politician says, "You might live in a place with no snow in April. If so, I hope you appreciate it." Or something like that. Really, all you people with snow like, three months of the year, be grateful for it. Anyway, about drama. Jonas had to leave to go curling and he didn't tell anyone he was going to leave, and he and Vicky have to talk to each other at the end and she was calling him but I wasn't really paying attention and then she's like "JONAAAAAAAAAAAAAS!!!!" and just screamed it and I'm like "um, he's at curling." And there's a scene where Celise, Gillian, and myself get tied to the train tracks and it was really uncomfortable. Celise is there for quite a long time and I don't know how she can stand it. I was there for the shortest time, and it hurt. There's a part where I enter "dramatically" from the closet and am like "HOLD VILLAIN! I have heard all from my vantage point in yonder stinking closet!" and I was totally into it. Usually I'm nervous about looking stupid but I just didn't care about that and got totally into my part. It was insane. And at the end it turns out Ian (the villain) didn't kill anyone and I can marry him after all and Mr. Halyk was like "grab his arm, you're all happy that you can marry him" and it was slightly uncomfortable, because he's part of the "cool kids" or whatever, in other words, the really annoying grade 11's. And although he is the least annoying, still, it was not fun. I have to hold onto his arm for a really really long time and the only way I was avoiding embarrassment was trying really hard not to think about it. Also, his cologne is REALLY overpowering. I had to like, breathe through my mouth inconspicuously. Jonas was curling until around 7, so I had to hang around the school for a half hour. I decided to steal the poster Heidi wanted (two people underwater having a picnic) and I made another treasure hunt for her. I went downstairs to place a clue and I heard someone jingling keys and I saw a truck outside and didn't really want anyone to know I was in the school and I just ran like heck for the lower hallway bathroom. And this may seem rather juvenile, but I wanted to see how different the guy's bathroom was, and it has like, half the amount of stalls and four urinals, and the sinks are on weird wooden stands and it smells FUNKY! Like geez, get some Oust or Febreeze or something in there. It stinks. Where's that list of Tip Top Tunes of 2005 or whatever Tim? I'm still waiting for it. I watched the VJ Search today! It was exciting. I really hate Casey Jo and Sean is getting more annoying. Tim is so nice! (lol Tim from Tim Show) But anyway, he stays out of the conflicts, and is so polite. He would be so perfect for the job. He loves music and he has the right image. There was one part where they went to a Theory of a Deadman concert and Tim just fit right in and Erik looked so out of place. It was almost painful to watch. Nikki is getting way better, she's not so boring anymore. Erik is getting so ANNOYING! I hate him so much! Sean is whining more. This is for Maria: "Griswald" is totally cool, firstly because he's hot (except for that ugly sweater that touched Maria) and he watched the VJ Search and GET THIS: HE WANTS TIM TO WIN!! W00t!!!
Anyway, that's about it for today. Here's a St. Patty's joke:
What do you call a diseased Irish criminal?
A LEPRECHAUN!
Lol.
Ciao.
