I had my first guitar lesson of the year today. I am learning to play Carry This Picture by Dashboard Confessional. I didn't really want to ask to play Time of Your Life considering that was the first thing he brought out last year and I hadn't heard of Greenday back then. ("um yeah...I didn't want to play Time of Your Life then, but can I play it now? By the way, my musical tastes have gone in the completely other direction.")
I want to see Video on Trial but I don't know when its on. Btw IT'S MY BIRTHDAY SOON!!!

And I think thats it. I REALLY REALLY WANT ONE FELL SWOOP, and if I don't get it for my bday I'm going to be very mad.
Anyway, we learned something in French today! (shocking, I know!) Anyway, you know how we say see ya later alligator, after while crocodile? They say see you later lobster, see you soon toad. Which works out in French, because its a plus tard homard, a bientot crappeau. (Katherine you're a crappeau!! Hahaha!)
Anyway, I found out that Thibedeaus (not that I really wanted to see them anyway, but whatever), Zayne, Andrew, Hoffmans, and Baraniuks were at the fireworks! And Zayne was going to go to Tim Horton's (like we did) but the line was too long so they went to Robin's. Curse you Zayne.
Hmm... stuff that happened today...science I missed half of. I'm actually supposed to leave at 25 after nine for my lesson but for classes I don't like I leave at twenty after, but in science I didn't want to answer a question that I didn't know so I left at quarter after (ooh naughty girl I am) but that turned out not to be a good thing because Mr. Halyk saw me leaving and was like "Robin! Where are you going?" and I"m like "um, I have a guitar lesson" and he's like "nooo! Don't leave me!!" and I was like "um, sorry" and then he started prancing around singing "so Robin, so Robin" like a musical type thing. It was scary.
Next semester I get Mr. Farrell twice in a row. And I get Mr. Popo! I can't wait until next semester.
Just thinking about French, and I remembered in one class we had to say in French something like "the car is like the baby carriage because they both have wheels" and I was THE ONLY ONE TO SAY PARCE QUE (because) and Mr. Lamers called attention to it and I felt special. Mr. Lamers has a wonky forehead. It's really large.
So anyway, then we had info pro, which was boring, except for the like ten minute story Andra told about shooting herself in the foot with a pellet gun. Then we had French (boring) and English. We had to draw a picture of the Lady of Shalott (actually we had to listen to the poem and draw what came into our heads) and I drew her lying dead in the boat. (for those who don't know the story, she is in a tower in an island and can't look at the window, or else a curse will come upon her. But she has a mirror so she can see the reflection of the outside world. One day she sees Lancelot and thinks he's so hot that she looks out the window. The mirror breaks and she goes out and goes in a boat to drift down the river and she freezes to death. Then Lancelot sees her and is like "she has a pretty face.") And when she's going into the boat the poem says something about a web and I thought the curse was she gets caught in a web or giant radioactive spiders come after her and she'll be like, a medieval Spiderwoman. But no, she just freezes to death.
Anyway, I HAVE NO MATH HOMEWORK!! WOOT WOOT!
