Music Video and One Fell Swoop Reviews

It must be the journalist in me, BUT I MUST REVIEW THINGS! So, first we shall review One Fell Swoop.
But before I do that, there's something I forgot to mention. In French Mr. Lamers sang Bad Boy in French (the language) for us. He was like "mauvais garcon mauvais garcon" and then I can't remember anything else. It was hilarious. And then Malerie started singing "derriere comme ca" (you figure out the song yourself) I think I was the only one that got it.
Okay, now One Fell Swoop. It is INFINITELY AND INSANELY AND AMAZINGLY WAY BETTER THAN SUNSETS AND CARCRASHES. They are more rockish, and Spill Canvas purists might be like "they are SO selling out," but who cares cuz it sounds so much better! Also, topics vary from vampires to mental illness to suicidal girls. Compared to love, lust, and children dying on Sunsets and Carcrashes. We also get more background vocals from the other guys in the band, and this time they actually get to play! Yay! Also, the enhanced part is awesome, with two music videos, and a hilarious studio video. Also pictures, bios, bonus tracks, and links. As if THAT WEREN'T GREAT ENOUGH there is also a 111 Records sample cd.
All in all, its a great cd.

Wake Me Up When September Ends by Greenday
No complaint about this one. A beautiful song and an awesome video. Although the only thing I could say is that there is too much dialogue, especially in the beginning. And there's the annoying OH MY GAD part. But other than that its great.

Pon de Replay by Rihanna.
Annoying, banal song, annoying, banal video, and one fugly DJ. Once you hear the song a million times it kind of gets old. Also, it sounds as if Rihanna is trying way too hard to look like a good actor in the beginning part.

Hey Mama it's Your Funeral by Alexisonfire
I absolutely love this video! Basically there's a whole bunch of people trying out to be Alexisonfire. Jonas was in the kitchen while I was watching it, and everytime George came on I was like "GEORGE!" and I think he got a little frightened. Great song, entertaining video. I love it.
I could totally be on Video on Trial.

The Mixed Tape by Jack's Mannequin
Okay, this was never on Much, I saw it on the net. I thought I should mention it, because its all cartoony. Why, you ask? Because Andrew was too sick to make it, but he wanted all his loyal fans to see it, so they made it cartoonish. I love it.

Staplegunned by The Spill Canvas
Also never on Much, it was on my enhanced cd. I thought I should mention it because Nick looks SUPER SCARY in this one. He looks like he's going to come out of the screen and bite me. Also the video doesn't correspond with the song. Also, you now how in Signs at the end when the alien is holding Kieran Culkin, and he's moving weird? That's how all three guys in TSC are moving in this video. It made me laugh my head off. I really hate to say this, but the guys look really self conscious in this video. But maybe it's just me.

The first time I saw this video, I liked it. The next five times got a little old. The picture in the beginning is awesome though. I'm still trying to figure out whether its real. I want that guy's hat.

Ghost of You by My Chemical Romance
I like this video! It's all dark and mysterious. Gerard Way is really scary looking, but hot in this video when he has the 30's thing going on. The only part I didn't like was when he's at the bar and singing, and he looks like he's going to convulse.

On My Own by Hedley
Oh, what to say about this one? I really got an urge to call the paramedics, as the singer looked like he was having an epileptic attack. He was trying way too hard to do the Billy Talent thing. I think only Ben could pull the video off. It's not really a headbanger esque song, but the singer is trying to make it into one. Also, something confused me, in one part he sings "I'm coming home" and later he's like "I'm not coming home." MAKE UP YOUR MIND!

Wake Up by Hilary Duff
I hate Hilary Duff and I hate this video. In the beginning, I'm pretty sure she was complaing about the paparazzi, but seriously, when you got famous WHAT DID YOU THINK WAS GONNA HAPPEN? Go count your money or something. I hate complaining celebrities. And then she's trying to be all punk AND SHE'S NOT! GO JUMP OFF A BRIDGE OR SOMETHING HILARY! Just please, do not sing anymore at least.
