Yesterday, I wrote a really really long post for all my many fans to enjoy, and it DELETED!!! Anyway, thanks to everyone who told me that ici meant here.
So anyway, I leave for camp tomorrow, and my internet usage will be suspended for a week, and I'm feeling kind of sad. By the time I get back I'm going to need an espresso to help me deal with withdrawal. I LOVE YOU INTERNET!! *sniff sniff*. Parting is such sweet sorrow!!
So yeah. Jonas bought episodes of this manga tv show called Full Metal Alchemist, which is also a ps2 game. I was watching it, and it's awesome!!! It's like a cartoon, but has swears and blood and gore and stuff. Mom was watching it with us, and she's like "I'm disturbed, because I expect it to be like a cartoon." Jonas tells me there is almost no censorship on manga. Sweet. So anyway, it's about these two boys named Edward and Alphonse who study alchemy, which is a science where you turn things to other things, and like Al (yes, I am on a nickname basis) says (in every freaking episode, I got so sick of it after awhile) "In alchemy, the first law is that of equivalent exchange. To obtain, something of equal value must be given up." So anyway, they try to revive their mother, and they get all the components of a human body, but have nothing to offer for the soul. So consequently, Al loses his body, Ed loses a leg, and also an arm after attaching Al's soul to a suit of armor. So Al is a walking suit of armor with nothing inside. And Ed gets his friend's grandma (she's the best character in the whole show) to attach a metal arm and leg. He's like a Terminator-esque cyborg. So then they go off in search of a jewel which can allow them to get their bodies back. It's a pretty awesome show. Almost as good as Martin Mystery, but not quite because:
1. Martin Mystery has lots of cheebie (which means the characters get little and cute)
2. Martin Mystery has less gore
Let's talk about Martin Mystery. It's a Quebec based manga show where three characters (Diana, Martin, and Java or Jaba, I never could figure that out) solve mysteries. Not like your run of the mill murders and stuff, but supernatural stuff. If you ever get the chance, watch it. It's a sweet show. Pretty much the only manga show I like. I can't stand Dragon Ball Z or Yu Gi Oh (or Yu Gay Oh, as Jessica says) It combines super cool gadgest and supernatural stuff and humor. And it's Canadian, which is always a plus.
I can't remember what else I was talking about before. Oh yes, Lindsayisms!! I coined that word while we were watching Full Metal Alchemist. There's a guy named Majhal, and Lindsay was like "hee hee! Taj Mahal!" and I just looked at her, and she's like "I like puns!" and I was like "that's not even a pun. That's a Lindsayism." And she laughed so hard at that one. Apparently I'm funny.
Lindsay and I were fighting and Mom was like "treat each other like you treat your friends!" and I was like "you want me to treat her like I treat Heidi?" Not that I treat her badly, we just treat each other meanly, but we both know we're joking. But Lindsay wouldn't. So mom's like "oookay, bad idea."
My mom bought me a whole bunch of Canada stuff to take on this trip. A duffel bag, toiletry bag, pencil, pen, camera, shirt, little flag, plus I have my Canada bookbag that I'm taking. I feel like I'm shoving my country on everyone. Well, everyone can use a little Canada in their lives.
Well, nothing much else to report. Send me lots of emails while I'm gone. I'll miss you all!!! (except for Heidi. She's a biatch.) 再見 (goodbye in a different dialect of Chinese. Ha ha ha ha)
Before I go, I have a nice pun for everyone. (better than Lindsay's)
Two Inuit dudes were in a kayak, and they were cold so one decided to light a fire. The fire burned a hole in the canoe, and it sunk. Which proves once and for all that you can't have your kayak and eat it too.
Get it?

Don't dis Martin Mystery! Did you watch it just because I told you to?
Just which episode did you watch? Do you know what I think is insane? I just found out that Diana and Martin are sister and brother. I was always confused as to why he called her sis when they had different last names. But Diana was being attacked and he's like "stay away from my sister!!" and I was like "oookay then, apparently they are siblings."
i saw that one!! with people disappearing in the lake? and the counselors were aliens or something?
I AM A MARTIN MYSTERY ADDICT!!!
