Riddles and Dumb People

Do you know that joke, "While travelling to St. Ives, I met a man with 7 wives..." blah blah blah? And the answer is one because the dude was coming from St. Ives. I asked my sister and that riddle and they both got the answer, but were stumped when I asked them why! Lindsay assumed that they were talking about the man, because the rest were girls or something, and Mom just knew the answer but never knew how she got it. Similarly, we were looking at these rings and if you push the button they flash, and if you press it again it goes off. Mom and Lindsay assumed they went off automatically, and I was the ONLY one who knew you had to push it again. And this is from a university graduate, and a university student! University should have a class in that kind of stuff.
I was picking up money for band calendars today. There was this one really scary lady! I was glad to get away from that house.
Today I did nothing. I watched part of Kate and Leopold with mom. Today we're going to the restaurant where my brother works to heckle him and stuff. Sweet! And then afterwards I might go swimming. I asked my sis but of COURSE she wouldn't want to come. She never goes outside! Yesterday she was like "SPF 45? You'll never get a tan with that!" and I was like "you never get a tan anyway!" which is the truth! And she got all mad at me! All I was saying was that she doesn't tan! Geez.
