Internet is banned for awhile, so I don't know how often I'll post.
Anyway, today in Home Ec. the lab was being used so we had free time, and Heidi was just taking pictures in shop, so we skipped out and went to Burger Pit for a slush. We had like ten minutes, and the machine took a long time to warm up. And Heidi can't run because of her knee, so we were almost late getting back. We were taking huge gulps of slush to finish it before we got back. It was fun. Breaking the rules is always fun.
I was drawing happy faces on my fingers in English because I was bored. I seem to get bored lots in class. I drew doodles in social and completely covered a piece of paper and gave it to Heidi. Today Heidi kept saying how bad the saxophone sounds (I play sax, so I was offended! *cough cough* Heidi!) Anyway, I was like "Miranda? Do you like the sound of the saxophone?" And she kept saying really emphatically how much she likes it. I wasn't sure if she was being sarcastic or what, so I'm like "thanks for your support." It was an interesting experience.
I love Something Corporate. Did I mention that? I also love the Rasmus, and I got their mailing address! I got Ringo's a long time ago, but I kept forgetting to write to him and now I lost his address.
Stacey and Danielle got back from the canoe trip today. Yay! I don't have to sit all by myself at that big table anymore!
Btw, I'm almost done my webpage. I need one more page about FLCS. I have some pictures, and I tried to make a frame, but stupid Lissa from lissaexplains.com didn't explain very well, and the frame didn't work. They look stupid anyway, so I'm just leaving it out.
Yesterday I had to do my power point presentation about Anne Bonny. I didn't leave enough time on some slides so I'm like "Chidley lost use for her, and she soon set her sights...um, Calico Jack was the most famous of Anne's amorous dabblings."
I read this sweet sci fi story, about these two guys who make up a hoax that smog breathing aliens are invading, and they tell this one really important and powerful guy to try to keep them away, so this guy is devoting his life to decreasing smog! Am I the only one who thinks this is funny? I tried to read these books about a rabbi who solves mysteries, but the first one was so boring! It was about them being tourists in Israel, and I got to page 100 and nothing happened, so I started a different one, but I'm at page 122 and nothing is happening! So I started a science fiction collection.
One of my favorite sayings in the world is "pot to kettle: you are black" but no one gets it! I was laughing my head off about it to Heidi and she's like "I don't get it." And neither does Jessica.
Gotta go, before Dad catches me and gets po'd. Ciao!
