I'm glad to say Ian, I did not notice any grammatical discrepancies in your lengthy and rather enjoyable comment. Bravo my friend, bravo. Ciao is pronounced "chow" and is Italian for good bye. By the way I liked your Star Wars reference. I want to see Episode III but no one will take me. I liked the first but not the second. Must leave since Lindsay is so anxious to talk to you. I think she's in love with you.
Anyway, Kirk versus Picard. The only one I remember is Picard. I like him for several reasons...he hasn't attempted to sing or write, (I saw a book by William Shatner, and FICTION yet) and he has AWESOME quotes (Picard) Here is one:
"I am not the leading man for one main reason. As you may have noticed, I do not have any hair on my head."
And I hate William Shatner for several reasons. Barring that he is Saskatchewanian, he thinks he can sing (please, let's get the master copy of Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds and BURN IT!) and he also thinks he can write now!!! A Star Trek fiction book. And he is the biggest ham in show business and he thinks that aliens exist. (I do too, but still. I have proof. I live with them) And while we are on the subject of Star Trek actors who think they can do things other than act, let's talk about Leonard Nimoy. He was my FAVE other than Scotty, but he had to sing a frickin idiotic song about Bilbo Baggins, with frickin SCARY backup singers in the chorus. PLEASE BRING BACK STAR TREK SO THESE PEOPLE DON'T HAVE SO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS!!!!!!!
Lindsay thinks its sad that I fantasize about being Robin Mcmahon. It's not like I have a lot of choice here. Lindsay says when I get to university I'll have a lot of choice. Quote: "you will be walking down the hall checking people out left and right." Well, I, unlike Lindsay, will be concentrating on my studies and not guys. Linday is boy crazy, or man mad as they say in Europe. Speaking of European lingo, here is a funny story I heard from Stacey and Danielle. They were watching Beatles Anthology, and George was talking and was like:
"And we all got...pissed. And..by pissed I mean...in the English sense...getting...drunk." And he was speaking all spaced out like that. Probably the effect of LSD, as I would know so well. By the way, not sure if I said this already, but Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds is NOT I REPEAT NOT LSD!!!!!
Nothing else to rant about.
Ciao! (chow, for those non bilingual individuals. You know who you are)
